The new online support hours for QA Assistant will be extended to 14 hours daily beginning September 2012. The new hours for email support are set for Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 11PM GMT.

The new QA Assistant Support Team hours are in support of the increase in our customer base for new QA Assistant Studio Flex customers while ensuring we continue to provide timely, quality support to our existing customers' global manufacturing locations.

Our experienced email support team is able to answer your questions regarding any QA Assistant Studio product as well as provide clarification on APQP documentation such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis ( FMEA ), Control Plan, and Process Flow Charts.
